Early childhood development and foundational learning are cornerstones of long-term social and economic prosperity. EEH supports the development of evidence-based strategies to improve access, equity, and quality in Africa’s education systems — especially in underserved regions and for marginalised populations. We synthesise research on effective teaching practices, inclusive curricula, and learning innovations. Our knowledge translation work ensures that ministries of education, school leaders, and development partners are equipped with the tools to make data-driven improvements that enhance outcomes from early learning through secondary education.
